Digital Product Refund Policy

GetPDFGuides sells downloadable digital products. Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases after access or download has been provided.

If a file is defective, incomplete, corrupted, materially different from its description, or you cannot access your purchase, contact us at hello@getpdfguides.store. We will first try to provide a working replacement or restore access. When we cannot resolve a qualifying problem, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
